PastBook allows people around the globe to turn their photos into high-quality, personalized printed photo books (and more) through innovative technology - in seconds. We are a fast-growing B2C scale up serving a global market, printing on 4 continents and shipping to 150+ countries. But frankly, we’ve only just begun.

Great things are coming our way, such as launching new photo products, which will change the way we interact with our clients. Over the coming time we will continue to innovate the photo print industry and we have the ambition to further scale up our business, growing both our team as well as market share.

This is why we are looking for a Supply Chain Director. You will become the first Supply Chain Director within PastBook, which means that you will get the chance to build and optimize a structured flow. This also means that there is a lot to do, since we are growing fast and our portfolio is expanding.

You will take full ownership of our supply chain, being responsible for managing relationships with (existing and new) partners, quality control, planning and forecasting. You love to keep them on their toes and get the best quality for the best price, using data to improve the process continuously.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Responsible for overseeing and optimizing supply chain activities and planning;
  • Manage and improve relationships with (local) partners;
  • Acquire new partnerships;
  • Be in charge of planning and forecasting;
  • Use data to optimize the chain, looking at quality, on-time delivery, price, shipping, etc.;
  • Monitor and improve SLA’s;
  • Build and manage your own team;
  • Gather and visualize insights (creating dashboards and reports);

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement
  • Experience with make to order products in a b2c market
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Strong experience with planning and forecasting
  • You know how to manage external stakeholders and to get the most out of partnerships
  • Having experience with personalized goods or customized products is a big plus!
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills
  • A proactive, energetic personality with a hands on attitude
